Gift card and experience terms

Draft wording for owner and legal review before launch. The terms shown at checkout for each product are the ones that apply to that purchase.

Validity

Gift cards and experiences are valid until the expiry date printed on the gift, normally 12 months from purchase, ending at 23:59 UK time on that date.

Using a gift card

Gift cards can be used towards food and drink aboard Under the Stars over one or more visits. Any unused balance remains available until expiry. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Experiences

Experiences cover the items described at the time of purchase, even if menus or prices later change. Booking may be required and is subject to availability.

Treat codes like cash

A gift code is a bearer instrument: anyone presenting a valid code can redeem it. We cannot replace value redeemed by someone else using a code you shared.

Refunds

Contact us about refunds. Unused value may be refunded to the original payment method at our discretion; partly used gift cards are refunded for the unused balance only unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery

Gifts are emailed immediately or at the scheduled time you choose (UK time). Scheduled delivery is normally within a few minutes of the chosen time but is not guaranteed to the minute.

Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
