Gift cards and experiences are valid for 12 months from purchase. The exact date is printed on every gift.
Can it be used over more than one visit?
Yes. Gift cards keep any remaining balance until they expire. Experiences follow the terms shown when you buy.
What if the email goes astray?
Use “Find my order” with your order reference and we will resend your order link to the purchaser email address.
Is the code like cash?
Yes. Anyone holding a valid code can redeem it, so share it only with the person it is meant for.
